Q. Why is the cream yellow?
A. The yellow color of the product is natural due to the key ingredient, retinal. No artificial pigments have been added and won't cause any pigmentation. The yellow stain when using the product is due to the raw material, and it disappears when washing in the morning.
Q. Can I use it during the day?
A. We recommend using it only at night. If you want to use it during the day, you must use sunscreen with high SPF. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend you to apply sunscreen the next morning after applying this cream.
Q. Do you recommend it for all skin types?
A. Due to vitamin A, it is difficult for pregnant women to use. For those with extremely sensitive skin, especially sensitive to vitamin A or chemical exfoliants should also avoid using this product.
Q. Are there any precautions when using Retinal for the first time?
A. If you have sensitive skin or if you are new to vitamin A products, we recommend adjusting the amount or frequency.
(ex. Depending on your skin condition, use it twice a week for 2 weeks → then use it 3 times a week for 2 weeks, etc.)

- First clean the inside of your write, then test by applying a small amount & absorbing it.
- Monitor the applied area for 24 hours for any skin reaction, such as irritation or redness
- If there aren't signs of iritation, gently apply an adequate amount in the evening after cleaning, at the cream step of your night skincare routine.
*When skin irritation develops, immediately wash off the applied are and stop using the product.
Do not use with vitamin C, other exfoliating agents or right after cosmetic treatments.
Those who are pregnant, breastfeeding or infants should refrain from using the product
